1. No Return on Sacred Items

Due to the sacred and spiritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Energized or non-energized Rudraksha

  • Yantras, Gemstones, Puja Kits

  • Astrology-based personalized remedies

  • Any product that has been used or tampered with

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable after payment

  • A service (like an astrology consultation) was cancelled from our end

Refunds will not be granted in these cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with spiritual results (since they vary from person to person)

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong birth details)

4. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders for non-energized products may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Orders for customized, energized, or astrology-related items cannot be cancelled once processed.
